About You
You’re a creative and driven social media enthusiast with a passion for UI/UX design. You understand the power of social media in building communities and showcasing talent. You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and excited about helping designers level up their careers through engaging content.
What you'll do at Mentorix
- Create and manage original, non-AI generated content for Mentorix’s social media platforms
- Engage on other ui ux designers’ posts with our social accounts.
- Adhere to or propose improvements to our established posting schedule based on data-driven insights
- Analyze our social media performance and work towards increasing our engagement and reach
- Collaborate with our team to align social media strategy with our mission of transforming the job search approach for UI/UX designers
- Engage with our community of designers, fostering discussions and showcasing success stories
What you need to have
- Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the tech or education sector
- Strong writing and visual content creation skills
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and best practices
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and trends
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
We'd love it if you also have
- Experience in the UI/UX design field or a strong interest in design
- Knowledge of the job market and career development for designers
- Experience with community building on social media platforms
- Familiarity with design tools and software commonly used in UI/UX
