About You
You’re a detail-oriented email marketing specialist with a knack for crafting compelling, personalized content. You understand the importance of nurturing leads and building relationships through email campaigns. You’re self-motivated, creative, and excited about helping UI/UX designers advance their careers through targeted email communications.
What you'll do at Mentorix
- Take full ownership of Mentorix’s email marketing strategy and execution
- Create and manage original, non-AI generated email content that resonates with our audience of UI/UX designers
- Utilize Fluent CRM on WordPress to manage our email campaigns and subscriber lists
- Analyze email performance metrics and continuously improve our email marketing efforts
- Collaborate with our team to align email strategy with our mission of transforming the job search approach for UI/UX designers
- Segment our audience and create targeted campaigns for different user groups
What you need to have
- Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in the tech or education sector
- Proficiency with Fluent CRM on WordPress
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging, non-AI generated content
- Understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability and compliance
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles and career challenges
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret email performance data
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
We'd love it if you also have
- Experience in the UI/UX design field or a strong interest in design
- Knowledge of the job market and career development for designers
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customization
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization of email campaigns
