About Us – Mentorix UX Mentorship
Mentorix is a UX mentorship company that makes sure you don’t need another mentorship again. With us, you either get jobs or leave ready to land real jobs.
Through our structured UX mentorship program, we help designers move beyond tutorials into real-world experience that gets them hired.
Why We Exist
When Mentorix started in 2022, we tried to help everyone, copywriting, project management, cybersecurity, frontend and backend development, even email marketing.
But we soon realized something: when you try to serve everyone, you end up helping no one deeply. The cost was high, and the results weren’t as strong as we wanted.
So in 2024, we made a decision to focus only on designers. Why? Because our founder, Janefrances Christopher, is a designer herself. She knew the truth: most mentorships teach you the basics, then leave you unprepared.
You finish, but when you try to get a job, you realize you’re not ready. Then you start searching for another mentorship.
